Experiencing continued growth and demand, they are looking to hire an Executive Assistant to join the team, supporting their Managing Director.
The MD requires a dynamic, forward-thinking and solution-oriented Executive Assistant, who can provide high level support in a high pressure environment, whilst juggling competing demands.
This organisation works on a range of exciting projects, and work at a very high level, so are looking to find a Executive Assistant who can bring a systematic and proactive approach, as well as excellent communication and coordination skills.
Based in their office in Dublin City Centre, this is an excellent permanent opportunity for a driven and highly organized Executive Assistant who thrives on anticipating the next move ahead of time, whilst also balancing existing priorities and tasks
This role is being offered on a 4 day week Monday to Thursday.
As their new Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for: Extensive diary management managing multiple and conflicting schedules Managing communications and email inboxes on behalf of the MD Scheduling meetings and ensuring that the MD is briefed and well prepared Coordinating travel and booking accommodation Assisting in the arrangement of off-site meetings and team events Preparing for, participating in, and note-taking for a range of business meetings Preparing and drafting reports, presentations, correspondence and documents Financial account management, sending monthly statements and reconciliations.
Supporting on ad-hoc projects as required The skills you need to for this Personal Assistant job: Previous experience as an Executive Assistant is required minimum 2 years Administrative experience at a senior level in a similar role Ability to manage multiple demands and competing priority tasks with ease Whats on offer?
Permanent job in Dublin City Centre Four day work week Salary of €40,000 Due to the nature of the role, this job is fully office based.
