Base pay range

You'll have a broad and engaging remit, encompassing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from organisational design and change management to employee relations and performance management. What You'll Do:
* Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into effective HR strategies. Provide expert counsel on a wide range of HR matters, including organizational design, change management, and talent optimization.
* Employee Relations Champion: Proactively address employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting open communication and conflict resolution.
* Talent Magnet & Developer: Contribute to talent acquisition strategies, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent. Develop and implement performance management frameworks, succession planning initiatives, and learning and development programs to cultivate employee growth.
* HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, ensuring compliance with employment legislation. Contribute to HR process improvements and utilize HRIS systems to manage employee data effectively.
What You'll Bring:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role within the legal or professional services industry.
* Deep understanding of employment law and best practices.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
* Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
* A proactive and results-oriented approach.
