We are seeking a skilled Customer Care Representative to join our team at Glenveagh, one of Ireland's leading homebuilders.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
* Facilitate the customer care journey from point of completion through to the end of the warranty period.
* Communicate and liaise with customers via various channels (phone, email, video chat) to resolve queries/issues.
* Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner and address complaints.
* Accurately log defects into the defect tracker and issue defects to relevant subcontractors and vendors.
* Liaise with site teams regarding raised issues and inform teams of recurring complaints.
* Assist the Senior Customer Care Manager in maintaining the defects tracker log.
Minimum Requirements:
* Significant experience in customer care with high-volume query management.
* Strong IT skills including MS Office and experience using Zendesk.
* Background in construction/property industry an advantage.
* Excellent communication skills for face-to-face, phone, and email interactions.
