Fleet Administrator
Join our leading Irish semi-state utility company as a Fleet Administrator, providing administrative support to the Fleet Team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage supplier and vendor queries
* Create requisitions through the Oracle system
* Process invoices and manage information
* Track and analyze KPIs, collate reports, and manage diaries
* Coordinate trainings and perform ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements:
* Recent relevant administrative experience
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
* Proficiency in MS Suite, with Excel skills essential
* Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Oracle, advantageous
* Keen eye for detail and multitasking ability
