Joining the People Consulting team in EY will provide you with the opportunity to work on some of the most interesting and complex transformation programmes in Ireland. Our team, in partnership with our clients, seek to ensure the long term sustainability and embedding of major organisational transformation programmes.Our work is varied and challenging; from creating an organisation design that determines effective organisation solutions to embedding cultural and behavioural change across an organisation. We manage communications and stakeholders, plan and implement change journeys and offer an understanding of the HR structures, practices and policies required to support the organisation.We have a number of exciting, client facing roles for individuals with demonstrable consulting experience in the following areas:Organisation DesignCommunications and Stakeholder ManagementChange ManagementStrategic Workforce PlanningHR Transformation and Digital HRYour key responsibilitiesChange Management Delivery: Supporting in the delivery of projects and/or workstreams across transformation programmes including technology projects, organisation design programmes and other change programmes. Your role will involve change management, stakeholder management and engagement, business readiness, communications and implementation but may include other core service offerings.Project Management Delivery: Supporting delivery on projects and/or workstreams, primarily on change and transformation projects to support the delivery of client requirements but may include other core service offerings. Working as part of delivery teams and supporting and owning deliverables.Responsible for working with management to implement project plans.Skills and attributes for successExperience using relevant change tools, templates and methodologies.A passion for change and innovation.Professionalism, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating expertise.Strong personal impact and resilience, able to influence clients and stakeholders to gain support for major changes and key decisions.Pragmatic approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement.Able to analyse complex problems and deliver insightful, practical and sustainable solutions.Focused on achieving project/programme goals and objectives.Adept at overcoming issues and barriers.Experience of full project lifecycle from concept through to implementation.For Manager Positions, demonstrable experience structuring and managing projects or programmes of work which meet client expectations and mitigate any risks or issues.To qualify for the role, you must haveDegree qualified and have relevant professional experience; experience working on major transformation programmes is preferred.2+ years of similar experience.A good understanding of change and transformation projects, with relevant experience in delivering change programmes in organisations.Ability to quickly grasp complex business problems and develop appropriate solutions.Experience working in a change management role or delivering change programmes is required.What working at EY offersWe offer a competitive remuneration package.
