Responsibilities:

9. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

10. Assist customers with product information, placing orders, and resolving any issues or complaints

11. Process customer returns and exchanges, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers

12. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system

13. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and shipping, to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries

14. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements:

Fluent in German and English
