Our client, a portable building manufacturer based in Navan, Co Meath, is seeking a receptionist/administrator to join their team.

* Temporary role: 3-month contract
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the functions of the Navan office including office administration, phones, meeting room allocation, and general management of the office.
2. Organise office administration and office stationery purchasing.
3. Assist with the organisation of travel, accommodation, and festival registrations.
4. Offer administration and organisational support to the Executive Management team as needed (including general administration, event organisation, reservations and bookings, data entry, and data collection).
5. Customer Service: Greet stakeholders in a positive and friendly manner, directing them to the correct office, answering phones, etc.
6. Assist individuals with queries and complaints in a timely manner.
7. Assist with security (issuing of keys, etc.).
8. Assist with onboarding of new employees and staff events.
9. Assist with in-person meetings in the Dublin office.
10. Coordinate and collaborate with other teams.
11. Stay abreast of the funding and services available to ensure accurate information in dealing with stakeholder queries.
12. Create reports for management when required.
13. Other duties as required by the business needs.
