About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for Senior Sales Executives to manage and lead one of our field sales teams, driving them towards remarkable success. Your main responsibilities include:
* Achieve your monthly sales target for your own team.
* Train and support salesmen, with a special focus on new joiners in their first two months.
* Implement and promote the company culture within the team.
* Understand and improve key sales performance metrics.
* Organize field training sessions with your team members regarding our sales method.
* Motivate, train, and support the salesforce, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
You will be managing a team consisting of Newbies, Juniors, and Veterans, providing guidance and support for their professional development and optimizing their performance.
