CPM Ireland, the leading field sales marketing agency in Ireland, is looking for a Merchandiser to join its team to work with Britvic, one of the world's largest soft drink companies. As the Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that Britvic products are placed in key locations within retail stores, which will significantly influence customers' purchasing decisions. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with store managers to maximize product exposure and sales. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced, driven professionals while being part of Ireland's longest-established field sales and marketing agency.
Responsibilities
* Ensure Britvic products are available in stores in the correct location and quantity.
* Create visually appealing product displays that encourage purchases.
* Manage and maintain inventory levels at store locations to ensure optimal and efficient product supply.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with store management to ensure positive product placement.
* Provide feedback to the Britvic team on sales trends and competitor activities.
* Meet or exceed the set weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
* Document store visits, including photographs of displays and shelves.
Requirements
* At least 1-year experience in a similar role in the retail industry.
* Knowledge of the Irish retail market is an advantage.
* Ability to deliver high-quality work with excellent attention to detail.
* A strong communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships with store management.
* A team player with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
* A full driver's license.
