Location Overview:
Overlooking the spectacular Iveagh Gardens with access to all amenities in the beating heart of central Dublin is our Park Place office. Travel options include the LUAS, Dublin Bus networks as well as the Dublin Bikes station, positioned just outside our front doors.
The Team:
The team is responsible for Compliance & Operational Risk coverage for Global Operations in EMEA. The team operates in a highly technical, fast-changing and dynamic environment with an excellent culture of growth, learning and development.
Role Description:
The C&OR Manager plans, drives and reviews team deliverables to support consistent quality of activities, processes and outputs. This role provides leadership direction to attract, assess, develop, motivate teammates.
Responsibilities:
1. Providing independent review & challenge of compliance with legislative obligations, primarily focused on BofAEurope for the EU, related to the Global Markets Operations activities, supporting the regional legal entities.
2. Promoting discussion with LOB, Operations and Change Management, with respect to BAU and change related Operational activities.
3. Ongoing identification of compliance and regulatory risks resulting from business discussions.
4. Leads development of risk coverage plans, executes and / or oversees execution of independent risk monitoring, testing and risk assessments.
5. Identifies, aggregates, reports, escalates, inspects and challenges remediation plans, and performs thematic analysis on FLU/CF-owned issues and control enhancements.
6. Representing Compliance on selected LOB Operations change, providing advice against regulations.
7. Contributing to scheduled and periodic reporting.

2. Experience in 1st or 2nd line operational risk.
3. Logical thinker with excellent technical skills.
