This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within the quality function. We are looking for individuals who will support and drive Chanelle Pharma’s vision to be the most valued global provider of high quality, competitively priced pharmaceutical products and to provide excellent services and support to our customers. In this role you will report into the Snr QA Operations Manager.
Location: Onsite in our Loughrea facility, 5 days per week
As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
1. Day-to-day supervision of QA Inspectors and the reviewing of batch records and COA creation prior to QP Certification.
2. Ensure Team KPI’s are adhered to on a daily/weekly basis.
3. Ensure effective resolution of any non-conformances in batch records.
4. Attendance at daily cross-functional operations meetings on the Production Floor.
5. Monitoring and ensuring timely adherence to OTIF dates.
6. Supervising and guiding staff members in their daily operations.
7. Liaising with Production Managers on GMP walks to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations as part of inspection readiness.
8. Identifying and addressing training needs and opportunities for team improvement.
9. Investigating batch-impacting non-conformance issues, ensuring timely feedback on queries both internal and external.
10. Liaising with Warehouse/Supply Chain regarding batch release activities.
11. Releasing approved labels post QP certification on the IT system.
12. Attending all requested meetings and actioning any tasks for Quality.
13. Evaluating the performance of the quality system and making improvements as required.
14. Maintaining open communication with management and team members, discussing system and compliance concerns.
15. Carrying out duties as may be assigned by the Snr QA Operations Manager.
16. Acting as second for the Snr QA Operations Manager as and when required.
Education & Experience:
1. Previous experience in a pharmaceutical/manufacturing environment essential.
2. 4+ years’ experience in Quality Assurance/Documentation desirable.
3. Preferred Science qualification.
