Main Purpose of Job
To support the Clinical Warehouse Team in ensuring operational activity and performance for all warehouse staff and facilities in a safe, efficient, and Quality GMP/GDP compliant manner.
Main Responsibilities
* Pick products from Controlled temperature and Cold stores, including goods inward and despatch, along with supporting paperwork as per company procedures.
* Complete duties under warehouse ownership, such as cleanliness, control of pack conditioning, generator tests, consumable orders, etc.
* Support the Clinical Warehouse Supervisor in overseeing warehouse operations, including training/coaching new team members, coordinating workload in Shift Supervisors absence, securing facility when working late shifts, and managing related queries.
* Identify deviations and CAPA actions.
* Document changes to controlled areas using the log book system.
* Support other areas of the business and provide timely responses to queries.
* Contribute to continuous improvement and growth of the business.
* Maintain equipment and adhere to Company's Health and Safety standards and workwear policy.
Outcomes Of Role
* Shipments are received and booked in a timely manner.
* Products are accurately and on time dispatched.
* Communications are proactive.
* Returned product is reconciled accurately and aligns with department KPI's.
* Shipping materials are available when required.
Specific Qualifications
Forklift license is desirable.
Previous Work Experience
Previous Pharmaceutical experience is desirable.
Specific Knowledge / Skills Competence
* Excellent written and communication skills.
* IT literate with good knowledge of ERP Systems, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
* Able to work in a cold environment.
* Awareness of GMP documentation.
