About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Online Team Leader to join our Waterford store. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the online shopping service, delivering excellent standards and customer satisfaction from order to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the online team to ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and delivery of customer orders.
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the online department, ensuring KPIs are met.
* Ensure high levels of product availability and correct substitutions in line with customer expectations.
* Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the store.
* Maintain strong standards of order accuracy, quality control, and customer service.
* Coach and support team members to perform to the highest standard, identifying training needs where necessary.
* Monitor delivery schedules and address any operational issues promptly.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
