Position: Service Administrator (Maternity Cover)
Reporting to: Manager – Facilities Services Division
Summary:
Skyway are currently recruiting a Service Administrator to join our fast-paced team in Kells, Co Meath.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing administrative support to the facilities team.
* Answering customer queries via phone and email.
* Manage annual maintenance contracts and service level agreements.
* Processing field-based engineer’s paperwork.
* Issuing inspection reports & site-specific documentation to clients.
* Chase reactive maintenance on a quarterly basis.
* Distribution of PFPE to clients – tagging, inspecting, stock control, database updates and delivery.
* Cover of reception desk (phone calls, emails, courier & post).
Experience/Skills required for the role:
* Excellent administration skills with an ability to work unsupervised on day-to-day duties and tasks.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* High level of proficiency in MS Suite, email, etc.
* Ability to prioritize and coordinate work schedules.
* Excellent team player.
* Quick learner.

Hours of work: Monday – Thursday 08:30am – 05:30pm and Friday 08:30am – 02:45pm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €28,000.00 per year
