Finishing Foreperson / Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage the construction process, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
* E nsure compliance with building regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental regulations.
* Coordinate with contractors and sub-contractors to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
* Add the final touches to the project to create a high-quality finish.
Requirements:
* Experience in construction management, with a strong understanding of building regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental regulations.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a team and work effectively under pressure.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
* Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality finishes.
