Junior Buyer Junior Buyer needed to support the Buying team with the execution of NPD & core product development. This role is fast-paced, ever-changing, and requires a team member who is confident in self-managing and prioritising tasks, working to tight deadlines, while maintaining a consistent level of productivity and output. Key Responsibilities: Support the Buying Managers with new product development (NPD). Support the Buying Managers with new product development Organise all shipments with forwarders Execute all admins tasks and ad hoc tasks as requested within deadlines. Manage and keep up to date our internal trackers such as Freight and POs. Monitor and manage all samples from suppliers keeping our internal trackers up to date. Ensuring all supplier samples are labelled and presented with detailed information to the CEO on a timely basis Competitor & market analysis. Work alongside Buyers/NPD Managers on artwork & product design. Raising POs, Item management, Building Bill of Materials Assist in NPD meetings, take all minute notes, follow up actions required and ensure deadlines & responsible person are clear. Providing a high level of professionalism and service for all requests. All other responsibilities as assigned. Excellent organisation skills with an entrepreneurial spirit. Experience with managing international freights. Exceptional communication, problem-solving and organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Have the ability to work from their own initiative and independently. Have the ability to multi-task, working on multiple projects/brands at once. Excellent eye for detail / accuracy. Excellent computer literacy: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. Must be able to work 5 days a week from our office.
