Executive Assistant Are you an experienced Executive Assistant, PA or Office Manager who is now looking for a new challenge in the Limerick region?
Our client, a major multinational employer in the Limerick region, have now engaged with us in Cpl to recruit an experienced, talented & energetic Executive Assistant to join the team & support the leadership group.
The Job:
As a key part of the Operations team, the successful candidate will cover a broad range of EA & PA type duties & be a primary support to the senior leadership executives based across the Limerick site.
This will include duties such as coordinating leadership team meeting schedules, organising outbound & inbound travel schedules, preparing info packs & documents relating to company business, maintaining confidential files & reports, coordinating banking & expenses, submitting information to the Company Registration Office & assisting the leadership team with their individual needs & projects when required.
Your Skills/Experience that we need 3rd level degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
3-4+ years relevant experience ideally gained in a large corporate or multinational type environment.
Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications.
Excellent attention to detail & strong inter-personal & project management skills.
Proven ability to work on your own initiative & deliver on projects.
The Offer:
Salary will depend on candidate skills, experience & qualifications but will reflect the importance of the role.
This role will be hybrid however this will happen after an initial onboarding/training period that will be fully in-office.
Candidates holding restricted visas/work permits will not be considered.
