**About the Role**

We are partnering with a non-profit homeless service provider to expand their team in Clare.

As part of their housing team, you will deliver a 'Housing First' approach to individuals experiencing long-term homelessness in County Clare.

Key Responsibilities Include:
">
* Provide a safe and welcoming environment for clients, respecting consumer choice and self-determination.
">
* Establish trusting relationships with clients who are living on the streets or in temporary accommodation.
">
* Undertake assessments and support planning with clients using the Care and Case Management system.
">
* Develop methods and structures to support clients with their individual housing, welfare rights, and entitlements.
">
* Build up and maintain a portfolio of accommodation providers.
">
Requirements/Experience Needed:
">
* Degree in social care, youth work, or related discipline.
">
* Knowledge and understanding of homelessness and issues that affect people who are or have been homeless.
">
* Ability to plan and implement programs.
">
* Report writing abilities and IT skills.
">
* Flexibility and communication skills.
">
* Full driver's license with access to a car (desirable).
