Duties and Responsibilities
1. Exceed guest expectations with outstanding service that showcases our hotel's warm and authentic welcome.
2. Manage guest feedback, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
3. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, ambiance, and service quality in dining areas.
4. Oversee daily operations across all food and beverage outlets.
5. Ensure efficient service processes during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events.
6. Lead, mentor, and develop floor staff, including servers, bartenders, and support staff.
7. Conduct training sessions to improve service skills and product knowledge.
8. Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
9. Monitor sales, manage guest check processes, and ensure accurate billing.
10. Collaborate with the F&B Director to implement revenue-generating strategies.
11. Ensure that all food and beverages meet the hotel's quality and presentation standards.
12. Regularly inspect food presentation, beverage preparation, and service flow to maintain excellence.
13. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth flow between kitchen and floor operations.
14. Enforce health and safety standards, including hygiene, food safety, and proper handling of food and beverages.
15. Maintain compliance with local regulations and hotel policies regarding food handling and safety.
16. Oversee the setup and execution of special events, including banquets, conferences, and private dining experiences.
Requirements for the Role
1. Strong leadership and team management skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Thorough understanding of F&B operations, including service standards, food safety, and guest relations.
4. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully.
6. Proficient in POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office.
7. Keen eye for ensuring all elements of the guest experience are up to the highest standards.
8. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&B operations.
