We are looking for an exceptional Patient Coordinator to carry out administrative duties and provide a professional and friendly atmosphere for our patients in our new Ennis location. This role will require communication across various social channels, email, and over the phone, and flexibility. This will be a part-time position.
Key Responsibilities
1. Diary Management: Scheduling appointments, assisting patients with all queries via phone, messages, and emails, and backfilling any cancellations with our patient priority list.
2. Patient Communication: Calls, maintenance of messages and email inboxes, and delivering 5-star customer service by welcoming patients, checking them in, ensuring they have a comfortable and enjoyable visit, and assisting them in checking out.
3. Listening to Patients: Addressing concerns and assisting in resolving them.
4. Team Support: Covering team member absence and flexibility with annual leave; covering alternative locations as needed, with expenses covered for travel and accommodation.
5. Ordering: Keeping the clinic clean and well-stocked, completing stocktakers, and providing order requirements to your manager.
6. Policies: Upholding and adhering to all policies and procedures, including safety measures around health, wearing of PPE, team relations, and GDPR.
7. AD-HOC: Completing all reasonable tasks assigned around the opening and closing of the clinic.

Job Type
Part-time, following a 6-month probationary period, 16-24 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
Experience
3+ years in Customer Service. Clinic experience is an advantage. Experience with KPIs is desirable.
Education
Leaving Certificate; Medical Admin/Dental Nursing qualification is an advantage.
