Job Title: HR Generalist
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Cork. This is a permanent role offering great flexibility and opportunities for growth.
The HR Generalist role provides a unique chance to gain experience in a diverse environment, working with a talented group of colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Main point of contact for all HR queries, including disciplinary and grievance matters
* Issue contract documentation, send job offers, organize NDAs, and onboard paperwork, liaising internally with Finance/payroll
* Coordinate employment permit applications/renewals for non-EEA nationals
* Manage logistics related to employee relocations to Ireland
* Ensure accuracy of payroll from HR to payroll agent
* Provide reports on HR metrics such as headcount, payroll, absenteeism, and employee leaves
* Maintain up-to-date HR systems to ensure legal compliance (employee holiday trackers, probationary periods, employee files, timesheets, etc.)
* Keep HR policies, procedures, and process quality documents up to date to ensure legal compliance
* Advise and support managers on HR policies and procedures
* Maintain Employee Handbooks
* Support annual and interim performance reviews across multiple locations
* Stay updated on changes to Irish employment legislation
* Participate in ad hoc HR projects
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
* Minimum 2 years' generalist experience in a fast-paced multi-cultural environment
* In-depth knowledge of Irish Employment Law
* Strong knowledge of HR best practice policy and procedures
* Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships at all levels
