As a Sales Manager you will have full responsibility for defining and achieving business growth targets, developing succession, managing a team and driving business outcomes in a ‘hands off’ role. They set the standards of excellence for TEKsystems methodologies and processes.

* IT Recruitment Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in IT recruitment, encompassing SOW delivery, MSP engagements, and the 360 recruitment model.
* Leadership Track Record: Proven experience in managing teams of 5 or more members.
* Hands-On Coaching Style: A leader who nurtures their team and empowers them to take ownership of their success.
* Results-Driven: A history of surpassing targets and fostering operational excellence in a collaborative environment.
The Role Involves:
* Demonstrating strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment across a matrixed organization.
* Leading and guiding a team of sales professionals, including setting sales goals, analyzing data, and developing their skills to ensure the team meets its targets and performs at a high level.
* Effectively and accurately assessing new and existing talent to identify and develop succession.
* Developing Account Managers and ensuring account succession.
* Being the escalation point for clients, candidates, and internal challenges.
* Taking full responsibility for successful development and management of clients.
* Identifying and implementing new strategies for business growth and driving them to completion.
* Driving growth by utilizing full Allegis Group service offerings.
