Technical Sales Engineer - Job Summary:
We’re supporting our client, a leading global supplier of injection moulding tooling, who are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to join their growing team. The successful Technical Sales Engineer will have experience of working with injection moulding tooling or within an injection moulding manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
* Sales of the complete existing product portfolio
* Sale of new products and marketing by means of product presentations using documents, samples and references, as well as other sales material.
* New customer acquisition and expansion of market share according to the guidelines in the target agreement
* Planning, preparation, execution and review of customer visits, based on external sales processes
* Skilled and consistent use of pricing instruments
* Assistance in planning, organisation and execution of presentations, trade fairs, conferences, factory tours, customer events and workshops
* Regular assessment of customer potential
* Active and regular market and competitor monitoring
* Continuous and comprehensive expansion of specialist knowledge
* Actively supporting handling process (inquiry, offer, order, complaint etc.) in close collaboration with the Order Processing department
* Active collection of overdue invoices at the customer premises supporting the FI/Co department in the dunning process
* Creating regular, punctual and detailed customer visit and weekly reports
* Sales budget planning in close cooperation with Business Development Manager (BDM)
* Close collaboration with the whole technical sales team extending across international and regional borders, systematic and regular communication
* Active interface management
* Preparation of as well as participating and active cooperation in sales team meetings (regional presentations, action plans, protocols etc.)
* Increasing sales with mould base products in the sales region (cf. target agreement)
* Meeting the budgeted sales / profit agreed in the target agreement (cf. target agreement)
* Increasing sales with defined mould base potential customers (cf. target agreement)
* Ensuring the successful introduction and sales increase with defined new & target mould base products (cf. target agreement)
* Ensuring an optimal visiting frequency and quality, as well as expanding customer loyalty (cf. target agreement), for direct and indirect customers / partners
* Representing the company values and the company’s brand externally in daily business
* Promoting and boosting the brand value of company’s
* Profit / sales responsibility according to target agreement
* Active cooperation in relevant projects according to internal regulations

Pay: €55,000.00-€60,000.00 per year
