Junior Accounts Officer Lir Chocolates, Navan, County Meath, Ireland Position type: Full-Time, Permanent Hours: 37.5Shift Pattern: 09:00 - 17:00 Pay range: €30,000.00 - €35,000.00 /annum. Responsibilities
Manage & Control Supplier Invoices Matching Invoices to Purchase Orders & DeliveryDockets - checking the price, quantity purchase order number.Ensure All AP Invoices are accurately coded in accordance with Company BudgetsLiaising with in-house staff & Suppliers to Ensure Correct Sign off on all AP Purchase Orders & Invoices prior to ProcessingMonthly / Weekly Reviews & Reporting on both AR & AP Ledgers Arrange Payment to Suppliers within Agreed Payment Terms Reconcile all Accounts to Statements at Month end & Flag any issues with Suppliers / Customers Manage & Control All Debtors invoicing.Manage & Control All Cash Collection & posting of ReceiptsLiaising with Account Managers in order to ensure accurately Price FilesReconcile BanksReview & Maintain Credit Insurance / Proforma processWorking to very tight Deadlines for Month End & Year End Close ensuring all processes are fully up to dateOwing & Maintaining Debtor & Creditor Account Setup Dealing with Customer / Supplier & Audit QueriesManaging Petty Cash / Staff Expenses / Credit CardsProviding Support & Back up for other members of the TeamAssist with continuous development on systems & procedures
Qualifications
Proficient in Excel (Intermediate level)Previous experience in accountsStrong team player with excellent collaboration skillsAbility to thrive in deadline-driven environments and deliver results efficiently
