Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced CSA Supervisor to lead a large-scale Construction project in Co. Dublin.
As a CSA Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and health of all personnel on site, as well as coordinating with contractors to ensure compliance with safety plans and environmental management procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure safe work practices and completion of contracts
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Participate in weekly safety audits and coordination meetings
Requirements:
- Degree educated or strong trades background
- At least 7 years' experience in construction sector on live sites
- Knowledge of life sciences, mission critical, or complex projects
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Team management and leadership skills
- Good client interface skills
