Job Responsibilities
What can you expect from your role?
1. Manage the order to shipping process for a dedicated client portfolio, while meeting internal SLAs and KPIs (order entering, fulfilment maximization of orders, seamless delivery process, etc.).
2. Reply to inquiries from internal and external customers on our products and orders (stock availability, expected delivery date, product information, order/shipping status, etc.).
3. Coordinate operational market activities for the assigned portfolio, effectively using all available resources.
4. Anticipate client needs by taking full ownership of your portfolio and maintaining a proactive approach to your day-to-day tasks.
5. Keep track of all issues related to customers, order, and delivery processes (pricing issues, product availability, miss-shipments, etc.).
6. Manage claims and reverse logistics for your client portfolio.
7. Report on market activities and trends for informed decision-making.
8. Ensure your clientele experiences an order process that lives up to the luxuriousness of BVLGARI.
Profile
Fluent in English and German. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel. Knowledge of SAP or similar systems. Previous experience in Order Management, Customer Service, or Logistics. #J-18808-Ljbffr
