Procurement Planner
The person will integrate the Packaging & sales support materials department with a focus on worldwide Bulgari procurement & distribution management for the related items.
Job responsibilities
* Forecasting and purchase order management (production follow-up) for Packaging & sales support materials, respecting the established stock-target/budget guidelines, ensuring pertinent follow up and guaranteeing on-time deliveries & quality standards in our WW DC.
* Implement, review and update purchase plan models and tools according to distribution channels and business needs (gap analysis between forecasts, purchase plan and sales, identify causes and propose solutions for improvement).
* Monitor relevant stock KPIs and market trends to ensure sustainable stock levels as well as customer service level excellence.
* Support Customer Service and regional teams regarding packaging & sales support materials stock availability and coverage, monitor planning and replenishment processes for our markets across all distribution channels.
* Negotiate commercial conditions with suppliers for packaging & sales support materials at a worldwide level.
* Develop & enhance the evaluation of existing suppliers by developing appropriate KPIs, sharing analysis results, providing feedback to management and proposing actions accordingly - SRM.
* Identify & evaluate alternative purchasing solutions in terms of suppliers, networks, materials, etc.
* Be the main point of contact for our warehouse operations in Ireland.
* Support the manager in the definition of yearly budget & spend for the department.
* Material Master Data management.
Profile
Qualifications / Professional Capabilities
* Third level qualification or Professional qualification an advantage.
* At least 5 years’ experience in planning, coordination and logistics flow.
* Experience in fashion/luxury environment preferred.
* Very good knowledge of SAP, Excel, Power BI.
* Strong skills in numerical, quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
* Knowledge of purchasing processes, procedures and contract management.
* Knowledge of production, logistics and sales processes.
* Project & Budget management.
* Innovation, initiative & flexibility to adapt.
* Effective communication cross organization.
* Strong team spirit.
* Operational effectiveness & result oriented.
* Fluent in English, Italian is a plus.
