Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Administrator to join our team in South Dublin. As a key member of our financial advisory company, you will be responsible for assisting clients with mortgage funding and providing exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will have strong negotiating skills, excellent numerical and analytical abilities, and a keen understanding of mortgage underwriting procedures.
Responsibilities:
* Negotiate with banks and credit lenders to secure mortgage funding for clients
* Process applications and liaise with both parties to ensure smooth transactions
* Assist with general administration duties and projects as required by the Managing Director
* Analyse and compare different loan options available to clients, including life cover and buildings and contents cover
* Educate clients on their legal and financial options and ensure they understand them
* Help clients complete and understand all necessary paperwork
Requirements:
* QFA or higher qualification
* Minimum 2 years of brokerage experience
* Expertise in personal finance and risk assessment
* Familiarity with banking and financial legislation and regulations
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Excellent sales and negotiation skills
* Keen understanding of mortgage underwriting procedures
* Up-to-date knowledge of economic, product, and market trends
* Outstanding IT, social, and communication skills
* Able to build trust with clients
