We are seeking to hire Senior Consultants, Managers and Associate Directors for permanent opportunities. We look for exceptional individuals who have a passion for problem solving. Based in Dublin, Belfast or Cork, team members have the flexibility to travel across the island of Ireland for client work.
A snapshot of your peer group:
1. At least 2 years in a commercial due diligence environment (If you have specific sector experience, tell us about it)
2. Concise and visually appealing written communication style
3. Strong presentation skills, confidently handling Q&A
4. Previous experience of Commercial Due Diligence projects ideal
5. Sector experience aligning to at least one of our core sectors a bonus ( Healthcare Life Sciences, FMCG & Food & Agri, TMT & Data Centres, Financial Services & Fintech, and Mobility & Aviation)
6. Existing relationships with Private Equity a bonus
7. Ability to proactively manage upwards within an organisation
8. Combining responsiveness with attention to detail and an ability to stay calm under pressure
9. Track record of quickly adapting to new challenges on a regular basis
10. Excellent supporting academics - university backgrounds in all subjects welcome, not least engineering, economics, history and social sciences
Your responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us. Here is what you can initially expect:
11. Assist local and international businesses with corporate strategy definition
12. Assist businesses selling and private equity investing into high-growth companies
13. Play an active role across all parts of project delivery, from project planning, problem framing, hypothesising, storyboarding, research, quantitative analysis, identifying insights, write-up and presentation
14. In particular, lead on secondary research and Excel-based modelling, gathering data and testing hypotheses
15. Be a self-starter, driving progress of projects and rapidly iterating content through testing with internal stakeholders
