We are currently recruiting for the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist on behalf of a Global Engineering organisation.
Location: On site role - Dublin South - Car needed, free parking offered.

Responsibilities:
* Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards, and social networks.
* Screen CVs and applications.
* Manage the interview process with stakeholders.
* Lead and manage meetings with hiring managers to provide updates.
* Develop a pipeline of candidates.
* Report and present to hiring managers on the status of open/filled positions.
* Evaluate candidates based on their interview performance.
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the recruitment process while developing a strategic focus to assess future requirements.
Requirements:
* 3+ years experience in a similar position, preferably with exposure to the in-house Tech, Construction, and Engineering space.
* Qualification in HR, Business, or similar.
* Strong stakeholder management and proven ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment role.
* Keen communication and organisational skills.
