Early Experience

Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 2 years of experience in business, building client relationships, or account management.
* Experience in new business acquisition, specifically in the Cloud, Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), or Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) industry.
* Experience building relationships and delivering results in a cross-functional environment.
* Ability to communicate in German and English fluently in order to interact in this customer-facing business role.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience promoting solutions to help businesses transition from on-premise to the Cloud.
* Experience managing multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.
* Experience collaborating or co-promoting with channel partners in the market.
* Experience with cloud computing.

The Google Cloud Small/Medium Businesses (SMB) team focuses on working with small and medium-sized businesses, startups, and digital native customers.
In this role, you will help grow Google Cloud business directly and via partners and inspire leading companies, schools, and government agencies to work smarter with Google tools like Google Workspace, Search, and Chrome. You will reach out to show customers how Google Cloud solutions can help them become more productive, mobile, and collaborative. You will maintain relationships with clients and work cross-functionally to devise solutions and support for Google's clients.
Responsibilities
* Work with technical sellers and Google Cloud Partners as a key member of the business team to optimize business results and growth opportunities with SMB in the Digital Native or Startups space.
* Lead assigned territory, working with cross-functional teams in achieving business goals, guiding the entire business process, managing multiple opportunities simultaneously, and ensuring customer success within territory.
* Provide input to internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage business development and forecast accurately.
* Implement a regional strategy and advance processes to motivate impact and meet or exceed business goals.
