Operator Locations:
Smithfield, Dublin 7 Hours: Night/Day Shift / Monday - Sunday Rate: Starting at €14.50 plus a site allowance of €3.50 per hour and €3.44 per hour site allowance on Sundays, and €16.
80 per night shift worked (as per ERO)

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
Verifiable 5 year Work History Have 2+ years of Security Sector experience.
Have previous Tech Company or Social Tech Company experience as its essential.
Guarding Skills including detailed knowledge of: Introduction to the Security Industry Roles and Responsibilities of the Security Officer.
Patrolling Access Control Searching Security and Emergency Systems Fire Health and Safety Emergencies Customer and Social Skills, Communication and Reporting Holder of Valid Private Security Authority Licence- Static- essential Possess Advanced Computer Skills Excellent Communication Skills Possess Excellent Interpersonal Skills Willingness to Take Instructions from Higher Management Levels Utilize previous experience in SOC operations to monitor security systems, identify potential threats, and initiate appropriate response measures.
Operate telephone systems and follow established telephone procedures for timely and accurate communication during security incidents.
Utilize user-level knowledge of desktop systems and software, such as OnGuard Lenel, Milestone CCTV, Citrix, or similar systems, to support security operations.
Demonstrate knowledge of crisis management response to effectively handle emergency situations and ensure the safety of personnel and assets.
Monitor security alarm systems and perform related functions, including alarm verification, escalation, and coordination with appropriate personnel.
Apply knowledge of emergency dispatch and notification level procedures to ensure timely and accurate communication with internal and external stakeholders during incidents.
Utilize experience in radio system use to facilitate communication between security personnel and coordinate response efforts.
Demonstrate proficiency in electronic reporting processes and incident management systems to accurately document and track security incidents.
Apply knowledge of safety standards to assess risks, implement preventive measures, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Utilize expertise in emergency response procedures, including medical, fire, intruder, and duress alarm response, to initiate appropriate actions and coordinate emergency services when necessary.
Qualifications:
Have 2+ years of Security Operations experience PSA Licence- Static First Aid Responder (FAR)
