My client is seeking to appoint an experienced Payroll Administrator on a permanent basis. Candidates will need to have a minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in payroll. This person will be processing a weekly payroll for up to 250 employees using Sage Micropay. An IPASS Qualification would be a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing of payroll for 240 employees across 14 companies
* Preparing employee contracts
* Calculate employee payments and deductions
* Calculation of tax, PRSI, and USC
* Administration of employee records and updating as required
* Submission of returns to Revenue P30, P35, P45 etc
* Preparing various payroll reports for Group FC and Directors
* Monthly reconciliation of various wage control accounts
The Person
Key Skills:
* Candidate will ideally have an IPASS diploma in payroll management
* A minimum of 3-5 years payroll experience within a small-medium sized company is essential
* Previous experience in the retail sector preferred although not essential
* An ability to work in a very fast-paced and ever-changing environment is essential
* Eager, hardworking, determined type with a high level of self-drive and initiative
* Must have experience of ROS
