This role is based out of our Dublin Office. We love our office and the setting it provides for celebration and collaboration. We also appreciate the opportunity to work remotely, so we offer flexible arrangements within Ireland!
As the Technical Program Manager, you will focus on organizing, managing, and coordinating the delivery of complex technology initiatives in support of our International (Rest of World) stream. Working with all organizational levels and groups, you will enable the delivery of International Commercial and Supply Chain initiatives that are instrumental to scaling a rapidly growing multi-billion-dollar global business unit.
What You'll Do:
* Coordinate closely with Technical Product Owners, scrum masters, and agile delivery teams to implement and deliver International Commercial, Supply Chain, and Non-Alc category initiatives.
* Run the day-to-day execution of programs, projects, and/or services.
* Support initiative execution from start to finish – work with delivery partners to plan requirements, manage program schedules & budgets, identify and manage program risks, and outline delivery strategies using Agile methodologies.
* Define, track, and coordinate requirements and deliverables between cross-functional teams across different geographies.
* Lead teams, governance, and team building, promoting empowerment of the delivery team.
* Use tools to develop metrics to measure program performance and trends.
* Conduct retrospectives to identify recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Assist in the coaching and development of team members.
* Participate in continuous improvement activities for the IT department and Agile CoE team.
What You'll Bring:
* 4+ years proven technical program management and program change management experience.
* Strong technical expertise, detailed planning, budgeting, strategic thinking, and program leadership.
* Proven experience delivering complex integrated technology solutions using Agile principles.
* High proficiency with Jira, Confluence, ERP, QAD, Salesforce.
* Agile program management experience working with Scrum Masters and Scrum teams.
* Experience working in multiple domains - commercial and supply chain technologies & architecture.
* Experience managing geographically dispersed, multidisciplinary teams across multiple time zones.
