The Role:
Legend is hiring a Data Programme Manager on a 12-month maternity contract, reporting directly to our Head of Founder Projects.
As a Data Programme Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our Commercial Data Programme, driving initiatives to ensure the seamless flow of data across our organisation. Partnering closely with the Senior Leadership team and Product Managers, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering the roadmap for a new Commercial Data Project, ensuring data integrity, and enhancing tooling. Your key focus will be building processes that link our data from the product front end through commercial stages, and ultimately to finance. Data accuracy will be your top priority, as you support identifying and resolving errors that impact this accuracy.
In this role, you'll focus exclusively on the Commercial Data Business Unit, specifically developing an end-to-end process to deliver critical business insights. Collaborating with the commercial teams, you will help develop and execute a comprehensive delivery plan for our end-to-end data strategy and data governance. You’ll be responsible for managing the programme from start to finish, including overseeing data infrastructure, tools, and flows, and addressing any edge cases that arise. Risk and Compliance management will also be an integral part of your responsibilities.
Your Impact:
* Transform Data Flow: Ensure seamless, accurate, and efficient data flow across the organisation, from product front end to commercial and finance teams.
* Enhance Data Accuracy: Identify errors that impact data accuracy and collaborate with teams to resolve them, maintaining high standards of data integrity.
* Shape End-to-End Data Strategy: Work closely with the end-to-end leadership team to develop and execute a comprehensive delivery plan for the company’s end-to-end data strategy and governance.
* Build Strong Stakeholder Relationships: Foster alignment and clear communication with key stakeholders, to ensure that programme objectives and timelines are met.
* Optimise Data Infrastructure: Oversee the data infrastructure, tools, flows, and edge cases, ensuring they support the long-term data vision and operations of the company.
* Drive Risk and Compliance Management: Manage risks and ensure compliance with internal and external data governance standards, safeguarding the integrity of the data processes.
What You’ll Bring:
* Programme Management: Proven experience in managing complex programmes, delivering on-time and within scope while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
* Data Competency: A deep understanding of data processes, governance, and integrity, particularly in managing end-to-end data flow.
* Workflow Management: Ability to build, track, and optimise workflows that enable smooth and efficient data processes, identifying and resolving any bottlenecks.
* Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity, alignment, and a shared vision across cross-functional teams.

* 3rd: Interview with our Head of Commercial Operations and Senior Product Manager (1 hour video via Zoom)
