Marketing Administrator
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Marketing Administrator to join our Marketing team based in Galway.
About the Role
This is a 5-day office-based role, supporting the Supermac's, Papa John's Pizza, Super Subs, and Plaza Group brands.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support Brand Managers with marketing campaign planning, pricing, and execution.
* Manage the design & artwork tracker and liaise with print suppliers for quotes, PO creation, invoicing, and distribution of printed materials.
* Assist with day-to-day administration requirements, including report generation, file management, and invoicing.
* Coordinate events such as official openings, family fun days, make and bake parties, and marketing days.
Requirements:
* 1 year experience in a similar administrator or marketing assistant role.
* Excellent IT skills, proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* An understanding of brand design and Artwork management would be beneficial.
