Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HRIS Analyst to join our HR team. The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role involves analysing HR data, generating reports, and ensuring data integrity. The HRIS Analyst will work closely with the HR team to optimise HR processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR systems and data analytics and the ability to analyse and interpret data to support HR decision-making.
The Role
In this role you will be responsible for;
* System Administration: Manage and maintain the HRIS, including user access, security settings, and system updates.
* Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data through regular audits and data validation.
* Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyse HR reports to support decision-making and provide insights to HR leadership.
* Analysing and interpreting: Collecting and interpreting HR data from various sources, to support decision-making and strategic planning. Identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in general HR processes and policies.
* Developing and Improving: Developing HR dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate HR data and insights to key stakeholders.
* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance system functionality.
* User Support: Provide training and support to HRIS users, addressing any system-related issues or enquiries.
* Compliance: Ensure HRIS practices comply with relevant laws and regulations (GDPR).
* Project Management: Lead or participate in HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades and implementations.
HR Support:
* Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
* Staying updated with HR trends, industry benchmarks, and best practices to enhance HR data analysis capabilities.
* Maintaining data privacy and confidentiality standards in handling sensitive HR data.
* Providing support to the HR executive in the processing of the monthly payroll for all employees, including calculating wages, bonuses, and deductions.
Experience
* You have 3 years of HRIS experience of experience working in complex organizational structure.
* You are proficient in HRIS systems preferable Access People XD (previously CoreHR).
* You have an in-depth knowledge of HR processes, metrics, and KPIs.
* You hold a professional certification in HR data analytics.
* You have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
* You are tech-savvy and solution-oriented, with a passion for technology and a desire to create innovative solutions that drive efficiency and impact.
* You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear and meaningful way.
* You have strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish credibility and strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
* You have strong consultative skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and IT, to gather data requirements and streamline data flows.
* You possess strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
