A Maintenance Planner is required within a Cork based regulated organization. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Technician seeking progression.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in a safe, timely and compliant manner in line with the Lilly LOTO system utilising TOF.
2. Participate in continuous improvement & lean 5S initiatives.
3. Be the Point of contact for Safety & Quality related questions from craft.
4. Be an advocate for Safety & Quality standards within the maintenance group, promoting and enforcing standards in all work completed.
5. Troubleshoot maintenance issues within area of responsibility.
6. Own the planning and scheduling (where applicable) of preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure that all preventive & corrective maintenance activities are completed as scheduled in GMARS (the CMMS) to meet Maintenance metrics requirements.
7. Planning and documenting how work is to be completed.
8. Ensuring spare parts are available & liaise with engineering stores.
9. Co-ordinate the various craft disciplines and vendors to execute Maintenance activities to the highest standards & per site SOP's.
10. Ensure all work is documented appropriately following ALCOA+ principles.
11. Updating of job plans to ensure accuracy.
Requirements:
1. 2 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry within a maintenance environment.
2. Minimum of a level 6 qualification in an engineering discipline.
