Senior Agency Account Manager - Nordic Speaker
Due to continued expansion and growth, Accenture is currently recruiting for a Senior Agency Account Manager to drive the rollout of digital marketing advertising solutions to EMEA markets. Our client's ad solutions leverage the company's innovations and insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences as they use our client's cutting-edge social media platform. We are partnering with Pinterest to help businesses build brand awareness, increase product sales, and much more. The Senior will be instrumental in driving the rollout of large digital marketing advertising solutions to the European market and be an integral part of growing our business.

Responsibilities
1. Manage a high volume of accounts; both new and existing.
2. Retain and grow revenue within your accounts.
3. Gain an understanding of our partners' business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed.
4. Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop, maintain, and grow relationships.
5. Troubleshoot and optimise campaigns.
6. Upsell/cross-sell/activate existing and new accounts.
7. Communicate new features and enhancements to our Product team.
8. Track, analyse, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends internally and to partners.
9. Establish clear advertising goals with agencies or direct accounts including entering campaign goals (KPIs) associated with CPA, ROI, ROAS, CPC, etc.
10. Manage a large number of campaigns while maintaining relationships with advertisers to ensure they are meeting their objectives.
11. Support new joiners into the team.
Qualifications
1. At least 1 year experience in Digital Marketing Agencies managing campaigns in any online ad platform (Twitter, Facebook, Google, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.) and/or 1 year of Agency experience in sales and/or account management roles.
2. Knowledge of the latest trends associated with online marketing.
3. Experience interfacing with clients.
4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
5. Native Nordic speaker.
6. Preferably experienced in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Office/G-Suite collaboration and presentation tools.
7. Very strong analytical and reporting skills; experience using data-driven solutions to drive positive business outcomes.
8. Team player/collaborative style with the desire and ability to learn on the fly and do what needs to be done.
9. Tech-savvy with an affinity for innovative emerging technology, particularly online technology.
10. Deadline and detail-oriented.
