Join us as Concession Manager for our concession opening in Arnotts. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader to play a key role in launching and growing our presence in one of Dublin’s most iconic department stores. Candidates must be fully flexible, including weekends.

About the Role
As Concession Manager, you will lead the day-to-day running of our Arnotts concession, delivering an exceptional in-store experience while driving all business KPIs. You’ll be responsible for:
* Managing and developing a high-performing, service-led team
* Driving sales performance and store profitability
* Overseeing stock security, administration, and cash desk procedures
* Ensuring an inspiring visual presentation in line with display guidelines
* Delivering exceptional customer service and team morale by leading from the front
* Recruiting, training, and developing talent to reach their full potential
* Communicating effectively with your team and wider retail operations
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* An experienced retail leader with at least 2 years in a management or supervisor role
* A confident, resilient individual with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
* Highly organised, service-obsessed, and commercially aware
* A natural motivator with the ability to inspire teams and build positive store culture
* Comfortable with responsibility and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced retail setting
