We are currently expanding and looking for a creative, proactive Social Media Marketing Assistant to join our team!
This is a remote role, with the requirement of being in the office once a week, initially.
Details:
* You'll be an integral part of the marketing team, actively participating in team meetings and collaborating closely with the two members of the team.
* Provide regular updates and reports during marketing meetings to track progress and performance.
* In person content creation at different locations across Leinster.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow our social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Google)
* Create and schedule engaging content daily across all platforms
* Monitor social media trends and provide performance metrics reports
* Design graphics and content using Canva or similar tools
* Respond to comments and reviews on various platforms (Google, Glassdoor, etc.)
* Monitor and manage online reviews across platforms like Google, Glassdoor, and Little Harvard’s other online profiles to ensure a strong online presence.
* Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to streamline tasks and enhance workflow
* Collaborate with our Social Media WhatsApp group to curate content
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of TikTok and other social media platforms
* Basic understanding of social media analytics
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Creative mindset with a proactive attitude
* Having a degree in Marketing (or equivalent experience) would be preferable but not a necessity.
* Some graphic design experience (Canva or similar tools)
* Familiarity with AI tools and social media scheduling software
