About the Role
Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator looking for a dynamic role with flexibility? We’re recruiting for an Admin Assistant to join a fantastic finance team based in Dublin 12. This is a hybrid role offering the perfect blend of remote work with one collaborative day in the office each week.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain and update multiple databases, ensuring accurate record-keeping and data integrity.
2. Reconcile marketing budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial accuracy.
3. Process and pay invoices efficiently, adhering to company policies and deadlines.
4. Set up new suppliers, conduct vendor screening, and manage supplier documentation.
5. Provide administrative support for RFPs (Requests for Proposal) and contract management.
6. Assist with general finance-related administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:
1. Must have previous large corporate experience in a similar type role
