As the Sr.
Technical Program Manager in Workforce Solutions, you will lead program management in building all the technology-enabled recruitment processes for Amazon.

The optimal candidate should be experienced in managing cross-cutting technical products and projects with industry-wide impact.
You will have a proven track record of planning and delivering complex programs with a multi-year roadmap, using incremental delivery methods.
You have experience working on complex software systems in a customer-centric environment, driven cross-group teams spread across multiple geographies, and handled communication from engineers to VPs.
We expect you to write strategic documents and influence large groups of senior stakeholders.
You are able to turn ambiguous problems into simple solutions.
A successful candidate possesses superb business judgment, a high degree of customer obsession, a track record of delivering results, strong collaboration skills, and is data-driven.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesWork with engineering, product management, operations, marketing, legal, etc.
to deliver the Hiring solution globally.
Manage complex cross-team programs from ideation to delivery.
Create transparency and predictability with roadmaps, planning, and partner management.
Manage delivery schedules and emergent tasks while mitigating risks, managing trade-offs, and eliminating blockers.
Participate in architectural decisions, surfacing and mitigating technical risks, driving complex integrations with internal and third-party solutions, retiring technical debt, and identifying opportunities to create operational efficiencies.
Set and embody the team culture and standards consistent with Amazon's leadership principles.
Drive alignment with leadership in recruiting and partner tech teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONSExperience in technical product or program management.
Experience in software development.
Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
PMI/PMP project management certified.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management.
Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.
Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
