Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing hardware/software faults, and escalating to the Head of IT when necessary.
* Managing the Glenveagh Active Directory infrastructure and Office 365 application suite.
* Installing and configuring applications and hardware, designing solutions to automate services, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
* Monitoring and maintaining various systems, printers, mobile devices, and networks across all Glenveagh sites.
* Supporting the setup and delivery of IT services on new sites and establishing good working relationships with other professionals within Glenveagh.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* AD/TCP/IP Network knowledge desirable.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Operating System.
* A full, clean driver's license.
* Strong planning and organizational skills.
* The ability to work around issues and be creative in problem-solving.
* The ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff.
