Purpose
The successful Project Lead will have the opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team in planning and delivering a multi-million Euro project on-site, focusing on significant energy and carbon reduction targets.
This role is ideal for an experienced individual who can hit the ground running, having delivered on substantial projects within a high-regulated environment.
In addition to experience, we are looking for someone with education and aspirations to develop clear skills and competences in dealing with live pharmaceutical production environments.
The capital projects team has a strong reputation for executing projects safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
1. Deliver the Heat pump Central Utilities building and utilities upgrade project.
2. Perform procurement, acceptance of equipment and associated infrastructure, and regularly report on project status throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Evaluate and maintain compliance with environmental, health, and safety codes, practices, approved project KPIs, performance standards, and specifications.
4. Liaise with external and internal customers, suppliers, and vendors to define and deliver right-first-time project deployment.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to convey project goals, progress, and issues to stakeholders. The successful candidate will also support other project participants to overcome obstacles when they arise.
Responsible for delivering performance metrics for budget, schedule, scope, and quality adherence.
Requirements
* Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or equivalent Engineering discipline.
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in a project management role.
* Detailed knowledge of cGMP pharmaceutical environments.
* Exemplary communication, dedication, and keen focus on delivering key success factors within the role.
* Masters degree is an advantage.
Estimated Salary Range: €120,000 - €180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
