About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Pharmacist to join our team at NICPLD. The successful candidate will have a degree in Pharmacy, membership of the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland, and at least 3 years of recent experience as a Registered Pharmacist.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and lead the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the Foundation Training Year (FTY) program.
* Work closely with other FTY Lead pharmacists and support the Associate Dean for FTY in all aspects of the program.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a supervisor, working in community pharmacy, hospital, or primary care settings, as well as networking within pharmacy and multi-disciplinary collaboration.
Additionally, they should have experience in project management and/or audit, with demonstrable evidence of managing competing priorities.
NICPLD is based at Beechill House but offers flexible working arrangements, including the possibility of remote work. This is a permanent contract position with full-time hours (37 hours per week), although part-time hours may be considered for the right candidate.
