Aramark is currently recruiting for a Catering Supervisor responsible for developing and executing catering solutions to meet customer needs. Facilitate the delivery of prepared food created from an event-specific work order or in a room service environment.

Job Responsibilities
* Ensure the day-to-day food service is delivered in line with contractual needs, including dining activity, bar service, and cleaning services.
* Supervise the delivery of hospitality bookings daily, ensuring they meet the sponsor/customers’ needs and are presented in the best light.
* Ensure all team members are coached, mentored, and trained to undertake their daily tasks to meet the business needs.
* Ensure effective management of consumables and sundries associated with delivery and undertake regular and accurate stock checks as required.
* Place orders to support the delivery using the correct and approved suppliers.
* Act in the absence of the Mess Services Manager to support weekly financial reports and payroll as necessary.
* Ensure teams carry out stock rotation and assist with stock checks as required.
* Ensure daily cleaning standards of all service areas utilizing health checks and assurance tools.
* Support and occasionally lead the delivery of evening hospitality events covering various styles and themes.
* Ensure teams follow food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements.
* Undertake relevant training as required for all aspects of the role, including classroom and eLearning based.
Qualifications
* Some previous supervisory experience is desirable in a food services or retail environment. Full training will be given for this multi-service role.
* Self-motivated and customer-focused.
* Positive attitude at all times.
* Follows instructions well with a willingness to learn.
