The Opportunity
We are looking for a sales rep with relevant experience to reach out to tradesmen and inform them of the benefits of Quotelf Verify. Quotelf is free to use, however, verified tradesmen are vetted, screened with background checks undertaken. The current fee for this is €250 PA.
XP in sales is a bonus. We want someone energetic, enthusiastic, and genuinely interested in helping our platform find reliable professionals at reasonable prices.
This is primarily a remote-based position, offering you the many advantages of working from home on a flexible schedule, whilst also having in-person team and client meetings that take place on a periodic basis.
While you will have daily calls or zoom meetings with the Company Director &/or members of the client services team, you will need to be comfortable and happy working remotely and on your own initiative. Having an appropriate dedicated workspace/room/home office – one that provides a sufficiently quiet environment to enable you to focus, undertake sales calls effectively and perform your role to the best of your ability - will also be important.
Your Role
Working closely with the CEO and Client Services team, you will have a key responsibility for sales and business development in the company. Your core role will involve email marketing and telephone sales to grow the overall sales and revenue in the company.
Your Responsibilities
1. Sending out targeted sales/marketing emails
2. Proactively engaging in telephone sales to onboard clients
3. Maintaining contact and relations with existing and new clients to develop ongoing business
4. Maximising monthly and quarterly sales
5. Assisting with the preparation of marketing and promotional materials
6. Maintaining and building our database of current/target clients
7. Developing and building relations with key trade & industry associations
8. Attendance & Networking at key trade and industry events to promote the company and develop referral contacts and direct clients
9. Assisting with preparation and distribution of news releases to increase profile of the company
10. Building and maintaining our database of target and new clients
11. Attending Weekly/monthly & quarterly sales planning, review & strategy meetings
Skills & Experience Required
1. Fluent spoken & written English
2. Sales/Business Development experience (ideally in a similar web development &/or digital marketing services agency)
3. Proven sales track record
4. Must have a general understanding of web/social media/online technology (Note: You do not require any technology or web programming skills)
5. Must have professional telephone manner & be very competent at telemarketing/telesales
6. Excellent writing skills (experience of writing/preparing proposals of benefit)
7. Very well organized & strong attention to detail
8. Ability to work on own initiative & under pressure
9. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook

Salary Range Transparency
* Salary Range Transparency Dublin €25K - 96K EUR per year
* Uncapped Salary (competitive base salary depending on experience plus attractive commission. OTE €96k+)
