We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work across Key Stage 2 in Primary Schools located in Louth and surrounding areas.
If you have a passion for building relationships quickly and working in small groups, this could be an ideal role for you.
The successful candidate will assist with covering supply bookings, both in advance and for last minute sickness cover, offering flexibility and the opportunity to develop experience across different schools, classes and year groups.
We require a talented and experienced Teaching Assistant with strong empathy and understanding of individual student needs, particularly in Key Stage 2. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and parents.
The key responsibilities include:
* Supporting students with their educational needs
* Adapting teaching strategies to meet evolving student needs
* Developing social and cognitive development
