The Branch Lead will oversee the Personal Lines Team at our client's independently owned insurance broker.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage team performance to meet monthly targets and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
2. Oversight of reporting and month-end processes.
3. Maintain close communication and collaboration with other branch leads/managers.
4. Provide ongoing feedback to team members.
5. Cascade company and team updates.
6. Coordinate induction of new team members.
7. Facilitate knowledge transfer across the team.
Requirements:
1. Experience in general insurance broking, including new business and renewals.
2. Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
3. Ability to focus on key business drivers and execute departmental strategy.
4. Analytical, creative, and driven individual.
5. A committed team player who leads by example.
6. Self-motivated, flexible, determined, and target-focused.
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
